I am hoping to get to the 170s as my stable weight. I started at 426 and was able to lose about 50 with the high protein diet over 5 months. I hope your surgery went well. -

I had a terrible time swallowing the first 3 days after surgery. I used Isopure protein infusion. It’s like a protein water and I added a bit of crystal light. Tastes like lemonade. I also do 2 celebrate shakes a day for vitamin purposes. I had my sleeve done on 1/27/2021 so I am still on liquids only.
