I am I year out. I am doing well I can anything. In tiny amounts. I went from a size 18 to a size 6. I still weigh 144 pounds. Want to be 125. The wt loss has stopped. But that is my fault I am not exercising I need to get moving -

Be careful adding foods. Make sure. No sugar. Coffee you can use stevia drops and sugar free creamer. Or keto creamer. Lots of Very soft. Scrambled eggs. If you can get a ver small food processor. You can make a small amount of chicken salad If you grind your foods it makes life much easier -
