I don't do paleo, but I do really like this homemade Protein pancake recipe:
-1/2 cup quick oats
-1/2 banana
-1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
-1 scoop of Protein Powder
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp cinnamon
Blend it all together to make a batter, then cook them like regular pancakes.
You can substitute applesauce or pumpkin puree for the banana.
You can add a little bit of milk or Water if the batter is too thick (but I like mine thick).
