Wow, did they not call and verify if you had bariatric surgery in your policy before speaking with you?

I have them I started my journey October 1st 2020. I originally need 6 visits, psych evaluation, 1 dietitian visit, bloodwork, and medical clearance, but a week after my first visit it went down to three visits because I am a diabetic. I completed all my requirements before my last visit on 12/10 now it’s just the waiting game.

I've tried her line goes straight to voice-mail and she doesn't return calls. That's why I'm so frustrated. I've had to come out of pocket for a lot due to labs and I know bloodwork is only good for 3 months. I would hate for it to expire and my insurance requires more up to date labs.

I am currently in the process I have my last visit (diet)12/10. I started October 1st. Highest weight was 273. I started to apply new eating habits after I did my 1 visit with the dietitian. Eating smaller healthier portions, not drinking 30 mins before or after, and counting chews. I am now as of yesterday 257. The surgery for me is more about my diabetes. The older I get and more my metabolism slows down my body has become insulin depended, so bypass will help with that. Oddly enough! June of this year was my last period im only 32 so I started panicking come to find out my RDW was high within a week of starting my multivitamin my cycle came back. Whew!
