  4. I've lost 30 pounds and I'm a week away from being post op. Slow and steady wins the race. Remain focus and stay off the scale or will you will go nuts.
  5. Hello. My surgery date was on October 28, 2020, and I'm still in the puree stage. I've been afraid to go to the soft food stage due to all the complications I've read about it. The first week in December, I plan to start the soft food stage with seafood. So far, I'm thirty pounds down, however, I'm not drinking enough water on a daily basis.
