    Thank you for that S@ssen@ch really helpful for me, banded over 10yrs ago, got lazy and now back to pre band weight and after recent fill using slider foods..... really need to change my mindset. I to have considered having a revision but as you have quite rightly said it is only a tool.... feeling enthusiastic again!!!
