Thanks for letting me know! I was told I can dilute juice as well. But that sugar free is preferred so I rather be safe than sorry. Hi Everyone! I am scheduled November 12th for gastric sleeve surgery. I am on mostly liquids and low carb foods if I choose. Does anyone else follow a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle?
