  1. My surgeon wants me to lose 9 more pounds by the 16th. My fiancé suggested that I continue juicing to lose the pounds, but all juicing does is make me hungrier. Any suggestions on how I can get down those 9 pounds?
  2. I’m on day 3 and messed up three times. It will get better. I wrote a list of times I can have a protein shake.
  3. Just to jump in on this, I have Cigna through my employer. I ran into the same issue where my PCP wouldn’t document my failed attempts with weight loss so now I have to complete 4 months of monthly weight loss management with my surgeon
