  1. Walking and more walking almost since day one in my case. I don´t like to run (plus my knees can´t stand that high impact anymore), so there you go.

  3. I suspected that I could gain some weight during quarantine, that´s why I decided to buy an indoor bike. I bought a mid-priced one because, even though I'm a beginner, I have in mind to take advantage of this motivation and reach a somewhat more demanding level. And I have to say that it was a good decision. It doesn´t take up too much space at home and is a very comfortable way to stay healthy and not risk gaining weight. And I can exercise no matter what the weather is outside.
