  13. You are not behind!! I have other health problems and am 4 weeks post op haven’t exercised hardly at all and am still losing. I had a knot under my incision too and was in a lot of pain still at 2 weeks. Sleeping in my recliner helped a lot instead of my bed. It gets better I promise!!

  15. I did mine yesterday too! The pain was hard to manage for me but getting better. Mine also went way smoother then I though. Surgeon said everything was perfect.

  25. I’m having surgery today and they are allowing one person to be with me.
  26. Surgery day!! Heading to the hospital in about 5 hours. My surgery is late afternoon. I’m a bit nervous but mostly excited.

  28. Oops I tried to reply and it sent blank. What I meant to say was congratulations!! My surgery is in a week and this helps me stay positive. Hope all stays going well!!
  29. Started liquid diet yesterday and it is rough! Broth helps but it’s not food.. trying to stay positive
