  1. Hi, I went to MBC in June 2022 and had a great experience. I'm sorry yall didn't but when I was there I was looked after very well and everything was kept clean. The only issue I had was my room was hot but I finally figured out the nurses had the remote to the air conditioning and they fixed it for me.

  13. This time I scrambled my egg and was barely able to eat one. I try my best to eat slowly so I don't over eat and swallow air but it's hard I always ate fast before surgery. I plan on trying soup again soon just giving it a few days before I do. Sometimes I worry if I even had the surgery done[emoji1787] I know that sounds crazy. I'm just winging it here and I feel lost a lot. I had my surgery done in Mexico so I don't really have a Dr I can call and ask questions. I did email the nutrionalist but she didn't seem too concerned with the amount I was eating so IDK. Sent from my BE2028 using BariatricPal mobile app

  15. I mashed the eggs up so they'd be easier to eat and they took me about thirty minutes to eat. I've found that when I start to burp to stop eating that's my full sign. My plan says to transition after 5-7 days to the next phase of j felt ready. The only thing I've eaten so far that's made me sick is pureed soup. Sent from my BE2028 using BariatricPal mobile app
  16. I went to Tijuana mexico. My surgery was on June 20th. I used MBC and they were all very nice and professional. The hospital was clean and they take very good care of you. I had bypass and I can give you a break down on what I paid. $5895 for the RNY, $390 for the companion, $395 for the hernia, and $395 for BMI 49+ = $7,075 Sent from my BE2028 using BariatricPal mobile app
  17. Hi, I'm in Pensacola too. I was supposed to have my surgery with Dr. Lord but insurance wouldn't approve. I ended up having bypass in Mexico on June 20th Sent from my BE2028 using BariatricPal mobile app

  27. As far as I know the Dr office will set up my endo and phyc eval. I'm just nervous about the whole thing. Ive never ever been a small person and i guess I feel like with my luck thos will be taken away from just like everything else. Idk paranoid I suppose lol Sent from my LM-G710 using BariatricPal mobile app
  28. Im new here, I'm 34 and I'm 348 lbs down from 378 june 2020. Ive had my consult with my weight loss surgeon and had my nutrition class but not with the therapist. Ive also not been scheduled for my endo. I only have one appointment left in my 6 month required appointments for insurance. I'm just wondering how long it this process usually takes at this point in my journey? Im just nervous I guess. Im worried about being denied coverage even though i have high blood pressure and borderline high cholesterol, varicose veins on the back of my left calf and really bad knees.
