  1. Thanks, plain. Finally, I have some releif! I actually feel sort of "sore" this morning after that painful episode last night. And yes, it was surely a learning experience for me.
  2. Hello. I received a fill 2 days ago (my 4th one) and this has been the "one" that has really restricted my eating. Tonight I had three bites of a turkey sandwich, and shortly afterward, I began to feel very uncomfortable. It has been hours since I ate, and I still feel the tightness in my pouch. When I try to sip water to help get things moving, I end up spitting it back up. Does anybody know how long this will last? The culprit, I am sure, was the bread, and it feels like it's still stuck. (I won't be eating it again, believe me!)
  3. Goober... Best of luck to you! You're going to be so happy that you did it. I am 3 and a half weeks post-op, and I feel fantastic. I've lost 19 pounds. Have a long way to go, but I know that my band is going to be the tool that makes my weight loss permanent and successful!
