thanks man. im sittin bout 210 or so now, hopefully get down to 185. but i just want to be lean and healthy, so whatever that weight is, is fine with me (just no more fat, haha). what are u hopin for ur goal weight?

first off, you missed spelled PHAT! i know what ur talkin bout tho, ive lost sum weight but ive been hangin out at the same weight for a minute now and its not where i want to be. ive still been eatin healthy but i think its bc ive been slackin on my exercise. i keep tellin myself that i got to workout, but i end up not doin it. have ya been eatin rite and exercising, cuz i really think thats been my down fall. but youve been doin good, and lookin even better.

thanks, good luck. its a crazy ass ride man, and alot easier than i ever expected, if u stick to the docs instructions, and eat healthy. its hard to make that transition at first dude, but its becomes a habit and i wont ever go back to the things i ate and drank before. feel free to ask any questions man. take care, peace.

hey sun thanks for the comment. i was banded june 20, 6 1/2 months so far, and im down bout 125 lbs. sorry to hear bout the surgery delay. atleast its still a go, there's a positive.
