  1. I had surgery on sep 16th My starting weight was 247 and lost 23 before surgery. Surgery weight was 223 and I’m now 173 so I lost about 52 since surgery and 74 all together. I eat around 600-700 calories a day but sometimes make it to 800
  2. I had my rny on the 16th I’m doing pretty good I just dread the protein shakes I make sure I finish them but it isn’t easy not having an appetite, besides that everything is good I’m healing pretty well not much much I have some dizzy spells and bouts of tiredness, at some points I think y did I do this but that doesn’t last long, I hope everyone else is doing good
  3. Thanks for that, they did say I d cc’dan start my b12 today so I plan on taking that in a few minutes and we will see how I feel after, thanks for the advice
  4. I just had my surgery Wednesday and I was released yesterday Thursday, so far I’m feeling good besides the gas pains here and there and I’m drinking with no problem, my biggest complaint is the tiredness and my eyes are blurry
  5. I’m also the 16th and bypass, good luck
