  5. You're not alone I also have the same thing months after the surgery slimy vaginal discharge. I did have 2 UTIs because it was hard to get fluids in in the beginning. Never had a UTI in my life before the surgery. Also I've been tested for every sexually transmitted infection as well as yeast infections and UTIs and I'm all clean but still having this discharge I hate it I have never had a problem like this before the surgery so to answer your question like no one else could I guess it is a symptom. And I wanted to put this out there in case anyone else had this problem
