I love mine - although some people are less than enthralled (my mother-in-law gave me hers as a backup since she never used it). I also see them on Facebook Marketplace a lot - sometimes for as low as $40...brand new (maybe a Christmas gift?) or just used a few times. If you cook a lot, you will probably love it, though. I use mine at least a couple of times a week.

My Surgery was September1,2020 I had a revision due to severe Gerd went from a Sleeve to bypass and I'm doing fine haven't had any problems thank God it I'm learning what foods I can digest well with it bothering my stomach apples done digest to well for me but maybe later but in all it's going great SW 215.4 CW 188.0 Good luch to all of my new September surgery buddies

Recommended daily Protein is 60-90 grams per person?
I was recently watching a video by Dr Vuong and he mentioned trying to reach high number of protein grams per day will lead to regain. It was suggested reaching a lower number and in the comments values like 40 grams per day were mentioned.
Thoughts?

That is the thing I also have high tolerance for pain. I have lumbar stenosis severe in left right l-5 and my neck. I do not take pain meds for this. When it gets real bad and I cant handle it I call the Doc and she gives me some hydro but I have only done that once and it was this year. I feel like if I could be at home I would feel better meditating ect and actually getting sleep. Tomorrow the sun comes out and I going home lol.

Hang in there! It will get better.
My first night after revision was awful as well because the pain management sucked (that's the difference between ICU and IMC I guess...). However, after the drain was out the next day, things got better at once.
