  9. After liquid, my next stage was soft foods. I started that today and feel thankful to eat

  11. These protein shakes are just nasty. My culprit was the texture. A lot of times I couldn’t swallow because I know a good puke was looming

  14. I won’t miss: 1. Not being able to fit into cute clothes. Fat girl clothes are always old lady clothes. I’m too young to be dressing like some old church lady. 2. Hiding from existence. 3. Random strangers calling me fat. That crushing, heavy, feeling when it happens. 4. Avoiding cameras. 5. Being out of breath and moving slow
  15. I feel your pain. I’m still on liquids. I wanna eat.
  16. Yeah, I can generally only get in 2 Protein Shakes. The texture makes me gag but I suck it up. Reminds me of having someone else’s saliva in my mouth or something ? I can’t wait to be in the glad I did it stage
  17. I had a sleeve 5 days ago. (After midnight now). I’m weak. I’m sick. I’m so used to being a busy body and doing everything but now I’m dizzy all the time and just wanna sleep. I kinda regret having this surgery. I have lost weight and quickly too. I am grateful for that. I just wish I could eat. I didn’t have a strict diet like you guys though. 2 weeks on liquids??? I wouldn’t make it lol My diet was liquid 1 day preop. Then 1 week post op. I can have soft foods in 2 days. I’m hoping that’ll make the difference in energy levels and nausea.
