  1. I am in the same boat with you....just about the same circumstances except that my doctor is still here. I live in Virginia, so, my doctor would not be of any help to you in Jersey. I have not had the nerve to call and make an appointment as I am embarrassed to have gotten myself in the shape I am in. I don't know whether it will help or not, but I found a site online called "5 Day Pouch Test". It was written by someone who had lapband and gained and found a way to get back on track. I am going to try it as it sounds like things were in the beginning of lapband. I wish you success on your journey back and just remember you are not alone......I am right there too struggling to get back on track. Susan in Virginia 12/30/10
