  1. What helps me is I take a 28 oz bottle of Powerade zero on a 3 mile walk each morning. I sip while walking m. It seems like I get more in that way and an hour later I have my first 28 oz in. When I don’t want to drink anymore I eat sugar free popsicles . My doctor wants me to drink 96 oz of water. I get up before work to walk because it’s too hot during the day. I hate waking up at 5:00 am but it’s the only way I can get my water goals in. Surgery date was 6/15. Good luck!
