  2. I couldn't wait just to have food in my mouth. That post op liquid diet was tough. Enjoy the next stage!
  3. That really sucks. I can only imagine how must feel. I hope you don't give up though.
  4. Lol. You'll pass me. I'm done. Keep it going brother!
  5. I eat lots of meat. Ground beef, deer, pork, chicken, etc. Been doing so since going to soft food. Started out with chili, shredded chicken and pork. I cook it in my electic pressure cooker. Fast, and tender. Like it's been cooking all day. I still have trouble with overcooked meats.
  6. I think you're doing great. My first three months were like that. And yes, I still can't believe how much I've lost in such a short time
  7. Do what your team tells you to do. Listen to you new stomach.
  8. My program rule was 1/3 cup at that point.
  9. Thanks. Hope we can figure out how to beat you guys this year. I have a feeling that we both go deep again.

  11. Feel like a new man.
  12. Yea. Real fast. I'm still in shock. I'm having trouble getting used to the new me. Feels good though.
  13. I feel good. I also feel grateful to have had this available to me. It's so hard to believe that in seven months I've lost 110 lbs. It's just fantastic.
  14. Awesome. What a transformation! Great work.
  15. 110 lbs lost. Sitting at 184.
  16. I ate everything I wanted up until my preop diet. I'm not recommending to do that, but it worked for me.
  17. Whiskey and water. My tolerance is as it was before surgery/weight loss.
  18. Do your best to find snacks that are high in protein. Peanuts are one of my snacks. They are high in calories, so I only eat them around once a week. Lately, my go to snack in the evening is sugar free freezer pops. I'm not brave enough for chips yet. I'm very careful to avoid slipping into bad habits.
  19. As soon as the stitch dissolved, it stopped hurting. It was a few weeks.
