I had reflux terrible before the sleeve and when he was doing my surgery he seen I had a hiatal hernia so he repaired it and I've not had reflux since. That's been 10 months.

I do not regret having the surgery at all. I'm 10 months post op and o feel better than I've felt in years. I was 100lbs overweight and I've lost 85 of that so far. Doing without cokes didn't affect me any but I do eat red meat.

Has anyone done a pouch reset and start losing again? If so, how did it go? Thanks

I am 9 months post OP and haven't lost a pound in over 2 months. Has this happened to anyone and if so what did you do to get over this hump?

Yes

I've been taking claritin everyday since surgery.

I did the same thing but at about a month and a half to 2 months out I really started losing. It will happen! Just be patient.

Lots of good info!!! Thank you so much! I am actually supposed to go next week for my labs. I believe my surgeon does them every 3 months for the 1st year or maybe 3 then 6, not really sure. I do not exercise much but I'm forcing myself to stay busy today so I actually do feel better.
