  1. Are you doing any weight lifting to help?
  2. So true! When I gain weight it has to be water weight because my caloric intake is so low I don't see how I can be gaining on any given day right now.
  3. Had a GF that had this. Still struggles with it. I can see why the nurse was confused as this is probably a rare situation.
  4. No...And I had been taking stool softener for several days at that point and still do take them.
  5. 8 days for me. You better start taking some stool softener today. When I finally did have a BM it was like delivering a couple of large rocks...TWINS! Not fun.
  6. I have read FB is bad for your mental health. 99% of post on here are good or entertaining. You do get the ones about Cocaine, weed and booze that many just ignore because they are so bizarre....but they do have entertainment value
  7. This is not uncommon it seems. Once I got back on real food the intake is less than other phases. I have been able to drink liquids and eat soups/puree without what seemed like much restriction. Food about half to three quarters of a cup and I better stop. I have really been fortunate that I have not been sick or have any pain (other than day of surgery gas pain) a single time. I did drink a whole protein shake with added Whey & collagen powder that was a bit much. I drink in 2 parts now instead of all at once.
  8. Thanks Cat! I was already under 800 cals most days. Not constipated. Water or MUSCLE...Yes!
  9. Go buy some DRY MOUTH SPRAY RIGHT NOW!! This is a must have for when you wake up. You will do great!!
  10. I like your new photo BG! Looking GOOD!
  11. Yes Ma'am it does! I know that I m going to be able to do this. Just matter of time. I hope to be there by Labor Day.
  12. My scales had gone up on me a couple of pounds. I didn't think I was eating too much but dialed it back anyway.Hell I am not hungry, just eating because that is what we do! You "know" when you have lost weight but the scales are not moving? I knew I had to be losing but some how the scales were not moving. I have been lifting and may have put on some muscle weight. I decided this week I would go back to liquid. I did eat a scoop of chicken salad. I believe this forum helps you stay on track. ONWARD!!!......YEEEHAA!!!!
  13. You nailed it. Very supportive group here. Still some EXTREMELY opinionated goof balls on here that I do not want to deal with.
  14. My reason is that I am too GOOD LOOKING to be FAT!
  15. If you hang around long enough you might change your mind.
  16. YAY! Congrats J! I wish you the best with this. I plan to do the same once I get to and maintain goal. Maybe before next summer.
  17. NO WAY ARABESQUE! You are not a rude know it all. See Cat's answer because she nailed it just like she normally does!
  18. Yes I am on here lot. There are some people here that ...well...I just don't need their chatter. Not worth discussing.
  19. Ebay is a great place to get clothes especially if you know brand and such. If you have a fav item then you can get the same thing in a smaller size at a value. ROLL TIDE
