  1. To lolipopked...I did drink alot of soda...but it is a small price to pay for such a change. I had lap band 2 years & 2 months ago... I have lost 145 pounds and I feel great...now about once every 2 or 3 weeks I will drink about a half of a can of soda...I will pour it over ice and let the carbination die down a little. BUt you will be suprised it really isnt a craving anymore and there are so many sodas I think taste gross now. You can do it...and it is worth it!
  2. No ice cubes would be considered a liquid.
