  1. Hello I'm a lapbander who just discovered this website. I've lost about 40-50 pounds to date as I've had trouble sticking with the eating changes and cheated quite a bit despite my band. However, I'm committed to get serious about this and use the tool i've been given to lose weight and hopefully improve the overall quality of my life. I'm glad to have found a place that has meal suggestions as that has been an issue and if I can somehow be of help to people thinking about having the surgery I'm glad to offer perspective. Also I'm one of the comparably few males who have had the surgery and I'm glad to see that I'm not alone in that regard. I look forwarded to chatting with you all.
