  1. I’m 66 and thinking about getting my upper arms done. I had Bariatric surgery a little over 2 years. A little tummy but I can live with that. Hate feeling conscious about my arms.
  2. GM, my carb intake is around 75, my protein around 100 grams. I’m 2 years post surgery and have maintained my weight loss. I drink soooo much water each day and walk about 5 miles a day. I find losing the weight was easy for me but maintaining is the hardest. You got this, Good luck on your journey...??
  3. Hey guys don’t forget veggies have carbs.... I concentrated more on my protein in take.
  4. Good luck to everyone whose had or having this procedure... you’ve got this!!
  5. My surgery date was March 12, 2019. Coming up on my 2 year anniversary!! Doing and feeling great. Best decision I ever made.
  6. I’m 15 months post surgery, how many carbs per day for me
