  1. My understanding is that there is no right answer to this question? For everyone the answer is different. Work with your doctor until you find the right fill for you? I have a smaller band an can only tolerate a small fill. But without that miniscule amount I can eat anything. Be patient the right fill for you will come.
  2. Could you possibly have allergies? I just found out that if you have a cold or allergies that the opening of your band could be affected by the irritation of post nasal drip and mucus build up. Thus making you regur or slim :cursing: more than usual. See your Dr for an unfill until cold/allergies are gone.
