Ok sounds yummy! I can have 1 fresh fruit as a snack. What protein drinks have you tried so far?

So far it hasn't been to bad. I also drink protein shakes twice a day. Sugar free ice pops when I have a sweet tooth. I have been eating grilled chicken for dinner. What kind of lean cuisine have you been eating? I'm thinking of trying those as well.

Hey I'm currently in the Pre-OP stages for VSG. Looking for some advice and tips. Or someone to support me get through this new journey. I wanted to see if there are any sleevers on here from the Hudson Valley?? 🙂

I don't have my official surgery date yet. But my coordinator said they are aiming for the last week in July. 😀
