The surgeon should have told you heart burn GERD is a main component of the sleeve and bypass will most likely be needed to fix it...

I've met many ppl who say they didn't lose everything they wanted with the sleeve and it took longer than people on bypass and in my experience this is the first time in my life I've ever lost this much ever and ever got this low on the scale and before surgery every little thing I ate would gain weight and now in maintenance I've had a few treats and it has not affected me weight at all...... The sleeve is really just to limit the volume of food that's about it the bypass rearranges your intestines and changes your metabolism; there's a ton of research to explain the metabolic changes..
I know look skinny and have metabolism of skinny person and I feel amazing!!

I’m a nurse practitioner. In 2017 2 of our office staff went to Mexico for the sleeve. The physician we worked for went with them to check it out and learn more about their program. She was impressed and very comfortable with the facility, the surgeons, and process. The ladies have both done excellent. We also have had several patients go to the same place and they have all done well. We have a patient who had surgery by Dr Nowzardan and that has been a nightmare recovery. Complications can happen anywhere. You can easily find a doctor who will watch out for you. You May find you like that doctor better.

Hi, I had surgery 2 years ago in October 2014 with him, he was an amazing Dr. I started at 217 lbs and dropped down to 134 after my sleeve(my lowest weight) in 6 months, the nurses were amazing and answered any questions that I had. The translations wasn't difficult because I put the translate app on my phone. I now weigh 165 lbs because I'm trying to get pregnant and the meds I've been on(clinic) is actually making me gain weight.
