Make sure you call your surgeon. You can usually talk to your bariatric nurse for ideas as well. Did they not give you an IV while there? You can have your surgeon set up an outpatient IV to get you hydrated again. Dehydration can cause vomiting.

I think if you know you are low on the water might be time for you to research ways to make that easier for you. I pretty much log everytime i eat or drink in a book and an obnoxious thirty minute minute timer goes off every thirty minutes over here but i am meeting the minimums. Its awful but you got to make time for it in your life.

Hey i think youre brave for sharing your story with most people. Thisll help other obese people To have hope that perhaps bariatric surgery will help them as well. People downplay that obesity kills. Better alive with unnatural anatomy then dead with no potential for improvement. As for dating i agree to find other activities but most people do like to eat. I once read soup is a good thing to order as a bariatric patient When out with others and most places seem to have it. Keep up the good fight!

Sounds like you are making good progress 🎉. Congrats on less medicine and weight lost. For those weeks i found alot of stuff could actually be pureed. Egg salad chicken salad. My significant other Also pureed chicken with alfredo sauce. I think just pretty much can be creamerized in the nutribullet or magic bullet lol. I also was allowed to eat egg whites in that phase and did with some laughing cow cheese spread on top. I wasnt in pureed long enough to really get an arsenal of recipes. Oh also i want to mention i set my phone timer for thirty minutes after i eat or drink.
