My name is Cassandra. I am in my 3rd year of my weight loss journey. I started off at 451 lbs and through diet and hard work, I have gotten myself down to 329 lbs. I have been hitting a wall in my weight loss journey so talked to my pcp about my options and found my way to the Surgical Weight Loss Program. I am planning on doing Gastric Sleeve and have it scheduled for 9/10/20 (just one day before my birthday). So far, hard work has paid off!
It is almost 4 months since surgery and I went from 308 lbs the day of surgery (I lost 17 lbs during the 2 week liquid diet), I am currently244 lbs, the lowest weight od my adult life!
