    I have serveral co-mobities and I an schedule for a sleep study on July 5th 2008. I have high blood pressure, fatty liver, high cholestrol and possible sleep apnea, along wit hacid relux. All of the above I should qualify for lap band surgery but have to go thru the whole prsses tp get a diagnosis code they will accept. Even when the insurance company told me to have my doctor change the code. I have BCBS TX. Any help would be greatly apprecaited.
