I was only supposed to do 2 weeks to begin with but i took it upon myself to do an extra week because i have fatty liver disease so i thought i would be helping by doing the liquid diet another week. When they cancelled they just told me to wait for them to call to tell me to start the 2 week diet again. Thank you for the advice.

I was supposed to have my surgery Friday but they called me Thursday afternoon and cancelled cause of the Coronavirus. They said they hope to be back on track by April 17. I was on that liquid diet for 3 weeks. I'm dreading doing that all over again.

@CammyC Im inpatient. They said i will be there 2 nights. Thanks for the good energy! This is an odd question but do they let you wear a bra in the surgery room. Im trying to figure out what to pack/wear.

Thank you all for posting about your surgeries. You all have made me feel so prepared. My surgery is tomorrow and im hoping it doesnt get cancelled. The hospital called me twice already to make sure im on my clear liquid diet and this morning to make sure i dont have any corona virus symptoms. Everytime they called me i thought they were going to tell me its cancelled. Its making me really anxious. To top it all off they said i cant bring my husband with me and that it would be drop off/pickup only. Kinda sucks not having someone there for me.

Hi! My surgery date is March 20th. I'm on day 10 of my liquid diet (Started a couple days early).
