Hello there! I’m a 36 year old mom of 3. I have always been on the high end of a healthy BMI but after the birth of my first child my weight just kept creeping up. I am 5’8 and at my wedding I was 168lbs now 7 years (and 3 kids) later I was staring at 270lbs. I decided enough was enough and I contacted a bariatric clinic. Everything moved very quickly (self pay) and a month later I was sleeved. 
I am only a week post op, so looking for advice and support. 
update: 12 months out and down 80lbs! Another 25 to go.
