  1. Noooooooooo!!!! I am so happy I decided to do it! I feel so much better physically and mentally!!!! I’m 66 pounds down. In 5 months. I only wanted to lose 100 within the year so I’m my eyes im doing great!
  2. I feel the same way... I don't know if I regret this or not.
  3. I to am in the same boat. Had my surgery Feb 24 and I have been in hell since. Have you tried different protein drinks. The core milk is the only one I can barely tolerate. There's 42 good protein in one bottle. I mainly can only eat sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello and room temp water. Hope you get better soon!
  4. If I don't like the texture of protein shakes can I use protein juices like the mio water packets or any protein water packets for my protein intake?
  5. I had the gastric sleeve Feb. 24 so I am 5 days post OP. I feel crappy. I feel hungry, am I suppose to? I tried the broth as much as I hate it and I couldn't do it. The cream of wheat they said I can eat made me throw up (never liked that either) so all I have really been able to eat it sugar free jello and sugar free fudgesiscles. I am not sure if there is other things I can eat at almost a week post op.. any suggestions??
