    Just an update and also to share to all those getting surgery soon... ITS WORTH IT and you’re on the right path!!!!?? I start week 3 post op today and I feel amazing . My focus is to get in my protein and water . I also got cleared to workout so I’ve been doing that . I feel amazing and I’ve lost 15 lbs so far. I know it will slow down and that’s ok. Enjoying the journey and everything it comes with it. Best wishes to all!! ?❤️
