  1. I don't know about you but I was advised not to take any gas relievers. My surgery was in Dec. and even now I still have gas, not painful though. Walking did do wonders for me! I pray your journey and your recovery continue to progress very well.
  2. I had the rouen-y and my first day was so painful. The only thing to ease the pain was morphine. After that the suggestion to walk around should be embedded in your brain. That will help move the gas and jumpstart your digestive system. FYI- I also had to learn to let the gas go, as embarrassing as that may be. More room out than in!
