  12. @angiebear yea that’s what I need to keep telling myself. Thanks for your encouraging words. Glad I’m not in this alone
  13. @angiebear yea I know it’s all in my head. It’s easier said than done and I’m trying my hardest. Tuesday will be 1 week post op. That’s exactly what it is. I keep thinking of the future and thinking I’m going to get sick because I’m not getting enough in. This feeling goes away right?
  14. @lisafrommassachusetts I woke up and felt a little off again. I really need to get out of my head.
  15. @lisafrommassachusetts I meant to say learning this app lol yea it’s tough and I’m getting by. The protein thing has been weighing me down and making sure I’m hydrated for sure. I YouTubed now to make it through the full liquid phase if that helps. My kids had heart shaped jets pizza for dinner and I had chicken bone broth lol I’m trying so we shall see. Thanks for helping!!
  16. @lisafrommassachusetts I’m still leading this app lol also any help in getting through this phase?
  17. I don’t feel suicidal just upset. I think I have been mourning food. Also worried I’m not getting enough protein. I wasn’t following completely but I’ve gotten in touch with my surgeons office and they helped put me on a better diet. I need to get passed these few weeks and I will be ok I’m sure. I just need to get over it ASAP. I’ve always had anxiety like post partum baby blues. Lasts for about a week. This also happened to me the last time I went cold turkey on a diet. I’m just in my head. Thank you for your advice! We can all do this together.
  18. Hello. My surgery was 2/11 and I’ve been feeling so down since. Any advice? I feel like I made the wrong decision even though I know made the right one for my future.
