So it’s been almost 3 years since I had surgery and have been the same weight now for almost two- I work out tried diet pills and can’t seem to lose weight Not sure what’s happening I really want to get to goal weight I am starting to track calories again because maybe km not paying attention to how many calories I’m having... any other thoughts?
