I work out tried diet pills and can’t seem to lose weight
Not sure what’s happening
I really want to get to goal weight
I am starting to track calories again because maybe km not paying attention to how many calories I’m having... any other thoughts?

that's what I would do. You're evidently eating at your maintenance level - so start tracking to figure out what that maintenance level IS. Once you know that, try cutting 100 calories/day for a couple of weeks. If nothing happens, cut 100 more. Rinse and repeat. Eventually you'll hit a level where you're losing weight again.
