  1. I use premier.. they are soo delicious and I love that it has many many flavors. I buy on Amazon, Betty prices
  2. Where is the pain? I was in severe pain the first 24-48 hours after surgery but it subsided.. then if I ate more than 2 oz I would get the same sharp pain. My surgery was 8 months ago and now if I don’t stop I get pain. I really don’t mind because it is my body saying “ok you have had enough “. After a surgery like this it is very important to listen to your body I hope you feel better soon
  3. Really me to I was so happy in the beginning I was loosing at a good rate (I was 223 DOS) but now I have platoed. I keep going down to 168 then back up to 173. This has been going on for a month. ???
