I work a desk job (accounting) wondering how much time people take off for Bypass (robotic) before heading back to work. Pinch and release the skin on the back of your hand. If it snaps back immediately and perfectly, your hydration is good. If on the other hand the small bit you release stays up a bit, or doesn't immediately mold back like nothing happened, you are dehydrated.
You can literally go months without food, but you need the liquid, and some enzymes. Gatorade zero, stat.
