  1. [emoji3531]So far so good with no trouble losing but I'm not much help in regards to long term, hopefully someone else can fill us in because now I'm curious lol Sent from my Alcatel_5008R using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. I was allowed to take pantoprazole and Zoloft whole the day after surgery with no issues, good luck! Sent from my Alcatel_5008R using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. Honestly the first few weeks are horrible in that regard. I had to shut the door any time my husband cooked because my mouth would water. Now, 5+ months later, it really doesn't bother me anymore, I think it may be "head hunger". Stay strong, I promise it will get better, especially when you are able to eat purees and solids. Best of luck [emoji3531] Sent from my Alcatel_5008R using BariatricPal mobile app

    Cramping after surgery

Yes, what you're describing sounds very normal. Just take it slow, about a one ounce cup of water every 15 minutes. It made me nervous too because of the intense pressure in my chest after every sip, but it will get better each day as the swelling goes down. Don't be afraid to take your pain meds, they'll help you feel better so you can walk (which will also help a ton). Remember, you just had a major surgery! Have you tried Quest? I really like their chocolate shake and the reviews on their cinnamon crunch shake are awesome so I'm thinking of trying some of that flavor. Good luck! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J327AZ using BariatricPal mobile app

    Hunger wth?

Oh man, I'm right there with you. 7 days post op and my head is playing some crazy games! Today I was able to get more protein in than previous days and it definitely did seem to help. Also completely sick of liquids with one more week to go... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J327AZ using BariatricPal mobile app
