  1. I have just started the wheels in motion to have lap band. I live in NE Mesa, and went and met with Dr Chen at Banner Gateway last week, and start my "6 months." I am looking forward to following everyone's progress!
  2. I think that you should find a lawyer as quickly as possible. I would start with the yellow pages, and find an attorney that can help you with a case that is out of the country. The fact that he is in a different country presents a whole new slew of problems from a legal standpoint. (I had an acquaintance who had plastic surgery by a dr in Mexico that went horribly wrong) I really don't believe that this is something that the average consumer can handle on their own. They may have already started shredding documents for all you know.
