  1. I’m 10 years post op rxy bypass and still have severe gas pains. It’s so bad right now that I couldn’t go to work. The pain comes and goes in time clusters. I’ll be fine for a couple of months and then I’ll suffer every day for a few weeks and then it’ll go away again for a few months. There’s no rhyme or reason to the occurrence and no patterns I can detect. I’m desperate to figure out a solution.
