Sounds like dehydration. Do everything you can to go to bed hydrated. Try ludens to suck on, too.

Not brave enough to weigh self just yet. Sporting baggy shorts and water shoes till the fluid retention goes down. I'm sure it'd be better if I could keep legs elevated. Almost got diuretics until I read about potential for ulcers. Does anyone think compression would help? I'm walking when I can but it's been difficult to get 40 oz of liquid in. Yep, took the blood thinner shots in my abdomen, too. Elevated feet and more hydration has done wonders this morning. Thanks for the support, I'm so grateful for the sounding board and a forum to vent. 😁
