  2. I needed to read this today, thank you. My one week post op appointment is tomorrow and I've lost about 2 pounds by my scale. I'm getting in all my fluids and shakes without a problem (only been cleared for shakes for 2 days) but my incision pain has been bad and I haven't been walking as much as I wanted to. I get up every hour and move a bit to prevent clots, but not much beyond that. I've been paranoid that I'm an outlier and that the sleeve won't help me much even if I follow the plan. I'm going to try and chill out, work the plan, and let my body heal.

  7. Brand new here, but I got my sleeve on Nov. 5th. The first few days were pretty rough, mostly with nausea, but things are feeling much better today. My doctor gave me the go ahead for full liquids today, and it surprised me that it took two hours to drink a Premier Protein RTD this morning. Peppermint tea and diluted Powerade have been lifesavers! I feel like I've gotten off easy with the recovery so far, but I know I have a lot of challenges ahead of me. It will be great to be able to follow other sleevers who are around the same stage as I am.
