I'm in the US and it was crazy hard to get approved from the dr. I had to meet all criteria and get approved from psych etc. I'm sure not all dr's are legit and I know a lot of Americans go to Mexico to bypass all the necessary work and have it done. Not a great idea. -

I'm 4.5 weeks post op rny. I can eat chili and Soup etc like it's nothing. 6 to 8 oz. I'm still on soft food for another week. Do you think I'll feel more restriction on regular foods? I don't want to screw this up.

Gallbladder was a million times easier than this! This surgery knocked me on my butt and I've had 2c sections lol.

I was told it would get better. Everybody's different so it's not always the case I suppose. WL helps balance hormones.

I am also a fan of the refried Beans. We buy the black beans by Ole Elpaso. I add some salsa and some shredded cheese to it as well.

I was told the same thing but mine stayed tight on until four weeks post-surgery, when it mostly flaked off and then the rest easily stripped off.

I wiped mine with a wet wash cloth and then gently pulled it off at 3 weeks. Incision should be well closed by now.

My surgeon told me once I’m two weeks post op to just put a little Vaseline on the incision sites and it will slowly soften the glue.

I had my surgery on Oct 1st. I am almost 4weeks postop, and lost 15lbs the first 2 weeks after surgery, but since then I havent been able to lose anything, in fact I've gained 3lbs. Im very frustrated and feel like I'm failing. Anyone have any advice? Also I can't figure out how to fill out my surgery stats if anyone can help me figure that out?
