Congratulations! I know it probably doesn't feel like it right now, but you just made the best choice of your life take it slow and don't expect too much from your body! Remember, your new little belly is healing from major trauma and I promise it geys better day by day! Don't be afraid to take your prescribed pain meds and sleep, especially those first couple days. Just a tip though, try to get in a couple ounces of Water before you fall asleep so you don't have to catch up on hydration when you wake up. Best of luck! Take care!

Oh I slept for like 24hrs straight was in pain but good drugs via the IV..

Now you begin the journey - There will be bumps and aggravation but stay on course and you will be amazed what this tool can do. Do not let you head get to you ............. You got this and stay strong focus and get healthy

It's MY time!

Surgery was Monday, just got home today. Working on maintaining fluids and getting Protein in. Still fighting with nausea. The car ride home made me sick as well.
