I had gastric sleeve I was back at my desk job in 4 days. I was just sitting pretty much all day. If it was something more strenuous I would have waited till pureed foods at 2 weeks. Just because I tried easily that first week.

Party at work today. Decided to wear a dress cause I can now.

The interview was this morning I won't know till after 2nd interviews which will be the 21st. But I think it went well I was feeling very confident.

I have a job interview to move up to supervisor of my department on Thursday and this is the dress I just bought for it. First dress I have worn in 20 years. Sleeved 9/24/19 Original weight 205 Current weight 160 Goal weight 115

All I want is ice cold drinks. I even need to put ice in my milk. Nothing seems cold enough for me.

I too was told 63 grams protein between 300 and 500 calories stay under 5 grams sugar. I didnt get my calorie count until my two week check in with the nutritionist.

I had my VSG on 9/24. My resting heart rate was 110 also. I am normally 68 according to fit bit. It was high for the first week then back to normal. I believe it was the stress our bodies went through.
