    I’m Canadian but if you guys have a sweet tooth I’d try:
    - Smart Sweets: candy made from tapioca that tastes better than the real thing. Loaded with fiver so the carbs are just nonexistent
    - Mid day squares: brownies that taste epic as hell. Gluten free and vegan too for our ultra conscientious friends

    Hey guys decided I would post some pics and my story. I’m Mike and I’m 37 from Montreal. Waited a full 5 years to get this surgery. Best decision I ever made.

    Surgery was Nov. 22, 2018 and I’ve since lost over 180 lbs! I work out 6 times a week; cardio, swimming and various exercises.

    I’m headed out to my hospitals monthly support group. I’m forcing fall today, it’s a bit warm but I’m ignoring that.

    I like the duster a lot. It’s something I’d trip over, though.

    Today is orange a black day. I knew the t-shirt was too big, but I didn’t realize how too big it it!

    Yep, amazing how much of this journey is mental hey. Not only will you fit in the seats but you won't need an extender strap!
    I am terrible pacing myself, I want to be able to reach all my goals last week I am currently just trying to get a half-hour walk in when I feel well enough so about 4 times a week, I'm still having days where I just feel too weak and wobbly, so doing what I can.
    Plan is to start going to the gym once I am up to it
